Building a Better Skate Park, Together
The expansion of Greer Park’s skate park will occur in two phases, each estimated to cost near $650,000 - $750,000. Each phase can begin construction planning as individual phase goals are met.
Phase I:
A brand new street plaza, with ledges, rails, ledges, manual pads, and more.
Will include varying sizes of different features, allowing for beginner to advanced progression
This addition is key to meeting the needs of modern skateboarding
Phase II:
Adding new bowls and repairing the surface of existing ones.
Adding a pump track to enhance the flow of the park.
Bowls with varying sizes to allow for progression.
The new bowls will have coping around the edges to allow for modern bowl skating and lip tricks.
